SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. We offer exchange only on sale purchases, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and is in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
PACKAGING
We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment and hence our packaging production. Due to this, our premium packaging boxes are to be used by our members for both receipt and return of all hires. Once the first hire is delivered to you the box is yours, but please note if it is lost or damaged, we will charge a fee of $30 for a replacement box. This fee does not cover the full cost of the box but we hope it will act as a deterrence and assist us in extending the life of both our garments and our packaging.
