Q: Why do I have to sign up to a waitlist to join?
A: Our dedication to local production and sustainable fabrics means our production runs and memberships will remain limited. A waitlist ensures we only charge members once we know we can meet their size requirements.
Q: What do I do once my waitlist registration is approved?
A: Once you receive an invitation you will be prompted to register your delivery and payment details and choose your membership tier (7 day or 21 day hire). You can then choose your first garments.
Q: When and how can I cancel my VIP membership?
A: The minimum membership term once you are a member is 3 months. You can cancel your membership any time after this period. Once your membership is cancelled you must rejoin the waitlist to get access to our limited memberships.
