These Terms and Conditions stipulate the agreement and rules for online trading between Yaneth Pty Ltd ACN 666 682 944 (“Yaneth”, “we”, or “us” and when relating to us, “our”) and the user of this website (Site). 

By visiting our Site and/ or purchasing and/ or hiring something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service which apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms before purchasing and/ or hiring any Goods from us.

The Terms apply to the sales and/or hire of any Goods via the Site or any other methods, including sales by telephone, in person or other means, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you are under 18 years of age, then you must obtain parent or guardian consent before accessing and using the site.


  1. Purchase of Goods & Payment
    • Any order placed through this Site for Goods is an offer by you to purchase the particular Good for the price listed on the Site, including delivery and other charges and taxes, at the time the order is placed.
    • Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card or any other method of payment.
    • By placing the order, you agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Site.
    • We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the Site.
    • All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Yaneth. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason including, but not limited to, the requested Good not being available or if there is an error in the price, product description or in the details provided by you at time of purchase.
    • If your order is rejected for any reason, then we will endeavour to notify you and refund any payment made by you at the time of purchase or within a reasonable time after you submit the order
    • All transactions on the Site are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any orders placed internationally will be subject to currency conversion to AUD. The conversion rate varies with the current exchange rate.


  1. Waitlist
      1. In order to access the hiring platform, you will have to sign up for the VIP Membership Waitlist. This allows us to ensure we can meet the hiring demand limited by our stock levels. We reserve the right to accept or reject any VIP Membership registrations, at our sole discretion.
        Once approved by us, you will receive a confirmation email and obtain an account by providing all of the information required at registration. 
  2. VIP Membership Fee
    • If you purchase a VIP Membership, the subscription fee will be the then-current applicable subscription rate listed on the Site on the date of registration for Membership (not to the Waitlist). If your membership rate is based on a promotional rate, you will be charged a fee equal to the promotional rate for the duration of the promotion, and, after the expiration of the applicable promotion, you will be charged the applicable rate on a recurring monthly basis, and you authorise us to charge your Payment Method the monthly VIP Membership fee on a recurring monthly basis. 
  3. Membership Team
    • Your membership commences on the sign-up date and continues for a minimum of three (3) terms, where one (1) term is one (1) month. Your membership is automatically renewed by one (1) month on each month anniversary of the date of registration.
    • After the first three (3) months you can cancel or pause your membership at any time and return all Goods which are on hire or have otherwise paid for the purchase of relevant Goods in full, as agreed by us in writing. Cancellation or suspension of your VIP Membership will not be effective and you will continue to be liable for the VIP Membership fee until all Goods are returned to us or paid in full.
  4. VIP Membership Benefits
    • As a VIP Member you are entitled to hire 2 Products per term (one month) for a period of 7 days, where Day One (1) refers to the day of dispatch from Yaneth to you and Day Seven (7) refers to the day of dispatch from you, returning the Goods back to Yaneth. 
    • We reserve the right to change the inclusions or Membership Fee applicable to your VIP Membership at any time by making changes to the VIP Membership Details and we will notify you of any changes at least fourteen (14) days before your next renewal so that you are able to cancel your VIP Membership if you do not agree to the new VIP Membership Terms.
    • You must comply with any additional terms set out in the VIP Membership Details
  5. Delivery
    • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information for deliveries and for keeping the shipping information for your account up-to-date. We require a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior written notice if there is a change to the delivery address associated with your VIP Membership. You are responsible for any resulting loss, theft, or damage to the Goods if your shipping information is not accurate or if we have not been informed of a change of address in the required minimum timeframe.
  6. Packaging
    • As a part of our VIP Membership, you will receive our premium packaging box which is to be used for receipt and return of Good/s for the duration of your membership.
    • If it is damaged due to general wear and tear, as determined by us we will replace it with your next term’s delivery. 
    • If the box is lost or damaged after delivery to you and before receipt on our end and not in accordance with general wear and tear you authorise us to charge your provided payment method a replacement fee of $30. 
  7. Exchanging Hired Goods
    • If the hired Good/s is/are not suitable for you then you are eligible for a free exchange within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours you will be charged an additional $30.00 per item to be exchanged.
    • If items are exchanged within 48 hours, then we will ship your new item on receipt of exchanged Good/s. Your seven (7) day period commences on dispatch of the new replacement item from us to you.
    • If items are not exchanged within 48 hours, then we reserve the right to reduce your seven (7) day hiring period for the new replacement item, in order to reduce the impact of a delay in unavailability of Goods for other VIP Members.
  8. Cleaning/Alteration
    • Yaneth is responsible for the cleaning of all Goods between hires. VIP members are not prohibited to attempt to clean, press, alter or repair the garment.
  9. Late Fees
    • If the Good/s are not dispatched for return to us by the return date (Day 7 or another return date agreed upon by yourself and us, in writing), you hereby authorise us to charge your payment method a non-refundable late fee of $25 per item for each day that we do not receive every Good/s that comprises such order. 
    • The Late fees are capped at the Maximum Late Fee of 200% of the original retail value of the Good/s, as determined by us at our sole discretion. Once you have paid the Maximum Late Fee, the Good/s is/are yours to keep.
    • If the VIP Member has not returned the good/s within 15 days after the agreed upon return date, we will consider the hire item/s as non-returned and will charge the member’s credit card 200% of the retail price as determined by us at our sole discretion, minus any late fees that the VIP member has already paid. In this case we reserve the right to cancel/suspend the VIP Membership associated with the non-returned Good/s.
  10. Ownership of Hired Goods, Risk & Damage
    • The Good/s hired is/are the absolute property of Yaneth, and remain so even when hired out to VIP Members, subject to clause 9. (b).
    • In the event you purchase a Good/s while it is on hire, title in the Good/s passes to you upon payment of the agreed amount in respect of the Good/s.
    • While Good/s are on hire you are only a bailee of the Good/s and must return the Good/s to us on request.
    • You hold the benefit of Your insurance of the Good/s on trust for Us and must pay to Us the proceeds of any insurance in the event of the Good/s being lost, damaged or destroyed.
    • You must not sell, dispose, or otherwise part with possession of the Good/s. If You sell, dispose or part with possession of the Good/s then You must hold the proceeds of any such act on trust for Us and must pay or deliver the proceeds to Us on demand; and
    • We may commence proceedings to recover the Price of the Good/s notwithstanding that ownership of the Products has not passed to You.
    • If You fail to return the Products On Hire to Us then We or Our agent may (as Your invitee) enter upon and into land and premises You own, occupy or use, or any premises where the Products are situated and take possession of the Products.
    • VIP Members accept full responsibility of the Goods on Delivery, as informed by delivery tracking provided by the delivery service provider including, but not limited to, the safekeeping of the Good/s.
    • If the Good/s are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair while hired out to a you, you will be liable to pay for the replacement of the Good/s. We reserve the right to assess the replacement value of the Good/s, taking into account the demand of the Good/s, availability of the Good/s in the market and the condition at time of hire of the Good/s, at our sole discretion.
    • If the hired Good/s are damaged, defect or fail to comply with what was ordered, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of Good/s via delivery tracking. Once notified we will send you confirmation that the item is eligible for a free exchange with another Good/s of your choosing, subject to availability on the Site.
    • You acknowledge that the Good/s which are hired from us may not be in their original condition and are subject to fair wear and tear, determined by us at our sole discretion. 
    • If you are not satisfied with the Good’s for hire that month you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once we have been notified and the Good/s have been returned to us, you may then be eligible for a refund of the VIP Membership Fee for the specified month, minus any shipping fees and charges as stipulated in clause 9. (m), contingent on our approval and at our sole discretion.
    • If the reason for dissatisfaction is due to damage, defect or failure to comply with what you ordered, as determined by us at our sole discretion, you will be eligible for a full refund of the VIP Membership Fee for the specified month. If the reason for dissatisfaction is due to a change in mind you may be eligible for a refund of the VIP Membership Fee minus the associated shipping fee, as determined by us. 
  11. International VIP Membership
    • We do not currently accept VIP Membership registrations for members with a delivery address outside of Australia.
  12. Cancellation of membership
    • If you wish to cancel your VIP Membership, you must inform us via email within fourteen (14) days of the next shipment dispatch (referred to as Day 1 of your hiring period). Failure to provide cancellation notice to us within the minimum time stipulated may result in an additional term fee charged to your provided payment method in accordance with the VIP Membership Fee.
  13. Suspension or Termination of Membership
    • Yaneth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your VIP Membership for any reason including, but not limited to, if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
    • If your VIP Membership is automatically renewed in accordance with clause 3 (a) but we do not receive the VIP Membership Fee by the due date for such payment or you choose not to renew your VIP Membership then we can terminate or suspend your VIP Membership immediately by notice in writing at any time after the due date for the renewal payment has passed.


The sale of any Goods by Yaneth is strictly for personal use and no Goods are permitted to be used by the purchaser for commercial gain of any nature. Yaneth does not permit any use of Goods in third party hire agreements.
