SHIPPING & RETURNS

FOR VIP MEMBERSHIP

Our VIP members can enjoy free express shipping for delivery and return of their hires. The garments will be shipped inside 100% compostable mailer bags with double adhesive strips, allowing members to return the garments in the same mailing packaging in which it was received.

Return shipping labels will be included inside the Yaneth box for members to stick back on the mailer satchel and leave in a safe place for collection. The return pick-up will be pre-booked by us for collection on day 7 of the hiring period. If this pick-up date is missed the item will need to be returned to us at the cost of the member.

FOR PURCHASED ITEMS

We offer free express shipping on all orders. Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery from date of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items purchased with Yaneth can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of customer receipt. To return or exchange your purchase contact our customer care team via email to customercare@yaneth.com.au.

VIP members can exchange items, free of charge, within 48hours of receipt. The 7-day hiring period will recommence on dispatch of the replacement item from us to you. You can view our return policy in more detail by visiting this link.

PACKAGING

We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment and hence our packaging production. Due to this, our premium packaging boxes are to be used by our members for both receipt and return of all hires. Once the first hire is delivered to you the box is yours, but please note if it is lost or damaged, we will charge a fee of $30 for a replacement box. This fee does not cover the full cost of the box but we hope it will act as a deterrence and assist us in extending the life of both our garments and our packaging.
